The best way to enjoy the geothermal waters in Iceland

Explore the Golden Circle while also experiencing the geothermal waters

The Golden Circle tour takes you to the most popular destinations in Iceland. On this tour, you will visit the volcanic crater lake "Kerid"filled with milky blue-green water amid stark black and deep red slopes.

In addition to the Golden Circle Plus, you also get the possibility to explore the Secret Lagoon, a geothermal charming pool with natural spring water.

Before our next destination, we stop for lunch at a local farm (self-pay), to enjoy traditional farm food from Iceland, based on the local cultivation of the region.

The next stop is at "Gullfoss Waterfall", located in the canyon of the Hvítá river with 32 meters height. You will be able to feel the mist from this powerful waterfall, and also walk (when possible) closer to the falls.

Once you got the perfect pictures, we head to "The Great Geysir", a hot spring in a geothermal area located in Haukadalur valley. Here you can see the fumarole erupting hot water up to 30 meters (100 ft) into the air regularly, usually every 10-15 minutes.

The last place on our amazing day tour in Iceland will be the "National Park Thingvellir". This is a place with great significance of history and geology and known by the site of Iceland's parliament from the 10th to 18th centuries. The park lies in a rift valley caused by the separation of 2 tectonic plates and is part of the UNESCO World Heritage List.
