These terms and conditions are specifically applicable to our tours & packages and neglect our extended version until further notice.


During pandemic times, we are very flexible when you can't do the tour due to flights cancelations or delays, COVID-19 positive tests, or other exceptional circumstances. We will negotiate a flexible plan for travel packages with other agencies and reschedule the day tours you have booked with us. 

Refund will be considered as well based on the type of cancelation. 


  • After confirmation and payable by card (Visa, MC, or Amex, or bank wire for packages or multi-day tours), you will receive a secure payment link and pay the total amount for the tour or the tour will be available to pay online.


  • For Multi-Days Package: Unless expressly stated at the booking, a 2.9% for card processing fees will be added. These fees can be included or not on the final payment based on the quote. If the fees are not paid, we will offer an extra fee to settle the total price and due fees. Ref: 9.5.




You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund. The northern lights tours will be paid for on the day of the experience.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience's start time.

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience's start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. (Covid-19 CFP ref. 1a. Can apply).

  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience's start time will not be accepted. (Covid-19 CFP ref. 1a. Can apply).

  • This experience required good weather. If it's canceled due to poor weather, you'll be offered a different date or a full refund. 




If canceled by you before departure:

  • Cancelations made seven days or more before the first tour or service, a fee of 10% of the total paid.

  • Cancelations made between 3 to 6 days before the first tour or service, a fee of 30% of the total paid.

  • Cancelations made between 24 to 72 hours before the tour, a fee of 60% of the total paid.

  • With less than 24 hours' notice, no refund is provided. We will always prioritize a reschedule when possible and review in the case of Force Majeure.

If canceled by us -after- the final payment due to unforeseen  circumstances (weather or unexpected events):

  • You receive a 100% refund of the total paid to us.



If canceled by you before departure:

  • Cancelations made 30 days or more before the first tour or service, a fee of 20% of the total paid.

  • Cancelations made between 7 to 29 days before the first tour or service, a fee of 50% of the total paid.

  • Cancelations made six days before the first tour or service, no refund is possible.

If canceled by us -after- the final payment due to unforeseen  circumstances (weather or unexpected events):

  • You receive a 100% refund of the total paid to us.


  • We will always prioritize a reschedule when possible and review all the refunds in the case of "Force Majeure."

  • *Cancelations COVID-19 related will be considered for refunds, and proof can be required for a full refund, minus the transactional cost of up to 10%.

  • ** We may charge a minimum of 3% from our transactional and primary costs due to cancellation based on the type of booking.

2Go Iceland Travel is operated by EVOLíf Ltd., a registered Travel Agency (2017-028), authorized by the Icelandic Tourist Board with Identification number 5506171370. EVOLíf Ltd. uses the following pointing domains (2go.is, 2goiceland.is, 2goiceland.com, kuba.is, kubuferdir.is, kubuferdir.com, evolif.com, and evolif.is). Below are its terms and conditions as it applies to users who book or participate in a tour or any related services or products. By booking through EVOLíf Ltd. (2Go Iceland Travel, Evolif, and Kubuferdir websites), you admit that you have read, comprehend, and consent to be bound by these terms. You must have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of other participants in your party if you make a booking on behalf of other participants. 1. BASIC DEFINITIONS In these terms and conditions, the following words will be given the meaning hereby ascribed to them: Tour: A booked tour or ant-related services (package) and/or products. 2Go: EVOLíf Ltd., 2Go Iceland Travel, and Kúbuferðir or any pointing domains (2go.is, 2goiceland.is, 2goiceland.com, kuba.is, kubuferdir.is, kubuferdir.com, evolif.com, and evolif.is). Tour Operator: EVOLíf Ltd., 2Go Iceland Travel, and Kúbuferðir or any pointing domains (2go.is, 2goiceland.is, 2goiceland.com, kuba.is, kubuferdir.is, kubuferdir.com, evolif.com, and evolif.is). We/Us: EVOLíf Ltd., 2Go Iceland Travel, and Kúbuferðir or any pointing domains (2go.is, 2goiceland.is, 2goiceland.com, kuba.is, kubuferdir.is, kubuferdir.com, evolif.com, and evolif.is). You/User: Anyone who uses our services to book or participate in a tour or package. 2. THE BOOKING CONTRACT Your booking will only be established, and a legal contract formed when your travel agent or we receive the appropriate deposit amount or full payment from you and issues a written confirmation after that. You must have attained the legal age of 18 to make a booking and provide complete, comprehensive, and true information to the Tour Operator. All incorrect or incomplete data must be reported immediately to the tour operator. Please check your confirmation carefully and note any to the Tour Operator or authorized agent directly. 3. BOOKING ON BEHALF OF OTHERS When you book on behalf of other participants, we will deem you the designated contact person for all participants covered by that booking. We will also hold you liable for making all payments due to your Tour Book, and informing the Tour Operator or your travel agent in the case of cancellations or any changes. By booking on behalf of another individual or individuals, you represent and guarantee that you have obtained all necessary consents. It is your responsibility to validate that any information you provide on behalf of another individual is thorough and precise. We will under no circumstances be held liable for any mistakes or oversights in the information provided to complete a booking. 4. INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR BOOKING The provision of all information requested by the Tour Operator is a non-negotiable condition of booking. All necessary information must be submitted at the time of the booking or before the final payment. Should you neglect to supply information required by the Tour Operator for air tickets, permits, or other inclusions, you will bear responsibility for any costs, charges, or damages, including failure to obtain or provide that inclusion. We also reserve the right to treat your booking in such a case as canceled and impose any cancellation fees deemed sensible by the Tour Operator at our sole discretion. The information required may vary by tour or service and will be conveyed to you or the Tour Operator’s authorized agent during the booking process. The Tour Operator is not in any way responsible for any fees incurred by you as a result of blunders, oversights, errors, late, or otherwise incomplete information you provide. 5. COMPULSORY INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS To use our services, we recommend being ADEQUATELY COVERED by your travel insurance (cardholder or home insurance). Your insurance must specifically cover personal injury and emergency medical expenses, and we also recommend that you also extend your coverage to cover curtailment, cancellation, and all other expenditures that may occur because of a loss, injury, damage, pandemics, delay, third-party liability, or any other inconvenience before or while traveling. You acknowledge that any tour offered by us does not include any special personal travel insurance coverage and that you are required to obtain, at an additional cost, separate coverage. You are responsible for ensuring that you have adequate coverage and must conform to the terms of the appropriate insurance plans. It is your responsibility to advise your insurer of the type of travel, activities, and destination(s) included in your tour booking so that the insurer can provide appropriate coverage. 6. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS/REQUESTS Travelers must disclose any special requirements to us at the time of booking to use reasonable efforts to make provisions for such special needs or requests. You, however, understand and acknowledge that we may not always be able to make provisions for such special needs or demands, given the nature of visited destinations and the availability of alternatives outside an arranged itinerary. If your mobility is limited in any way, certain activities may be inaccessible to you. You can disclose all dietary restrictions and food allergies at the booking, but we cannot guarantee that such nutritional needs and/or conditions can be accommodated. Any unique requests or requirements do not in any way form part of this agreement between you and the Tour Operator, and we shall not be liable for any inability to oblige or satisfy such demands. 7. VALIDITY All dates, prices, and itineraries of the tours online or by personal quotations can be changed at any time. We will, however, quote and confirm the current price at the time of booking, subject to any supplements that may be levied per this agreement. 8. PRICES, SURCHARGES, AND TAXES By using our services, you agree that: All prices are quoted in Euros, USD, or Icelandic Króna. We may change and review the published price of the Tour and related products or services at any time, whether before or after booking confirmation, for up to 30 days before departure. 8.1. All tours are advertised and priced exclusive of applicable sales taxes for tours or packages in Iceland. 8.2. We may impose surcharges on any related products or services booked for reasons such as increases in fuel costs, transportation costs, taxes, or dues. We may also do so for fees for services like landing taxes or embarkation/disembarkation fees at ports, local operator costs, airport charges, increases in taxes, fluctuations in currency and exchange, or government action that influences the price of the relevant products or services. You understand that we will only pass on these costs where the increase in question is more than 8 percent of the original price paid for the related products or services (of add-ons, insurance, and taxes). 8.3. We will provide you with notice as soon as possible once it’s been decided to impose a surcharge per this section. 8.4. In events when the price increase is greater than 10 percent of the original price of the related products or services (with the exclusion add-ons, insurance, and taxes), you may either: (a) Accept the change of price; or (b) Cancel the applicable tour booking without incurring any penalty. 8.5. You are to notify the Tour Operator of your choice in such a case within two weeks of receiving the notice of the increase. We will deem you to have accepted the price change, and you will be liable for payment of the growth if you do not reply to the notice of the increase. 8.6. The Tour Operator may occasionally offer reduced pricing on some products or services. You understand that reduced pricing applies only to new bookings and that bookings, where at least a deposit has been made to the Tour Operator, are not eligible for reduced pricing. 9. DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS 9.1. For single-day tours in Iceland (up to three-day terms), full payment will be required at the time of the booking to confirm. 9.2. For packages in Iceland lasting longer than three days, 50 percent of total payment is payable at the time of booking if such a booking is made eight weeks or more before departure. The remaining 50 percent must be paid four weeks prior to departure. We will confirm the booking total price when the first deposit is made but will only totally confirm the full booking after the second deposit is made. 9.3. If the booking is confirmed less than 8 weeks before departure, the full amount of the booking confirmation needs to be paid. 9.4. For Packages to Cuba made with Kubuferdir, security deposit and payments will be set on the travel webpage for each trip. A payments plan will be made after the booking using either a credit card or direct bank transfer. 9.5. Unless specifically stated at the time of the booking and final quote and only for international payments will be added at the time of the booking, a card processing fee of 2.9% for Mastercard and Visa and 3.9% percent for American Express. These fees can be included or not on the final payment based on the quote. If it happens that the fees are not paid, we will offer the option for an extra fee paid to settle the total price and due fees. 10. FINAL PAYMENT/ACCEPTANCE OF BOOKING The confirmation sent by your travel agent or us will contain full details of the final payment required to satisfy any booking. You must make payment for the balance of the price for any related products or services and booked and custom-tailored products or services in Iceland at least two months before the departure date of the first product or service in the applicable booking. In the event that we do not receive a full or partial deposit by the applicable due date, we may, at our sole discretion, change the rate payable for the booking or regard the booking as canceled and thus retain the deposit already paid on booking as a cancellation fee. 10.1. In the event that a booking is made less than two months before the takeoff date of the first product included in the applicable booking, the entire amount due must be paid at the time of booking. If payment terms specifically differ from those outlined in this section for any product or service booked, we will communicate the applicable terms to you before booking and will also detail such on the applicable receipt. 10.2. The Tour Operator will not be liable for any charges imposed by third parties or financial institutions and payable by you as a consequence of credit card and/or other payment transactions. We will in no way refund or return any fees charged by third parties or financial institutions in connection with payments made by you to the Tour Operator. 11. DOMESTIC OR INTERNATIONAL AIRFARE Unless expressly mentioned in the tour’s descriptions or package, tour prices other than packages from our website Kúbuferðir do not cover domestic or international flights or any other airfare. While we will quote the best price possible for the travel dates requested or packages, you agree that quotes provide are estimated only and are not in any way a firm price commitment by us or the applicable air carrier(s). We function only in the capacity of as an organizer of the final package or tours. Thus, the air carrier’s terms and conditions are applicable to the purchase and use of the air travel ticket. For complete information (with the inclusion of applicable cancellation terms), you must consult the air carrier’s applicable terms and conditions as well as conditions of carriage. We are not responsible for changes and alterations in air itineraries or flight times and do not provide advice or alerts concerning air travel tickets, flight delays, or status. 12. CANCELLATION BY PARTICIPANT You may cancel your booking by so advising the Tour Operator. Cancellation charges, assuming any, will be resolved with reference to the date on which notice of cancellation is gotten by the Tour Operator. Such cancellation costs are expressed as a percentage of the full price paid for the canceled tour, product, or service (with the exclusion of any insurance products). 12.1. Cancellation of a Tour: 12.1.1. When you cancel a tailor-made tour or day tour in Iceland with four weeks or more notice before departure of the first product, a 10 percent service fee will be charged deductible from the total deposit and refund the deposit of payments already made. 12.1.2. When you cancel a tailor-made tour or day tour in Iceland within 7 days of departure of the first product, we will not offer any refund. We may, however, make exceptions in the case of force majeure. In any case, the tour operator will decide whether a partial refund applied as follows: 12.1.3. For packages with more than two tours in Iceland and/or add-ons, partial refunds can be applied up to a 50 percent cancellation fee deductible from the total deposit. 12.1.4. For single Day Tours in Iceland, partial refunds can be applied with up to a 15 percent cancellation fee deductible from the total deposit. 12.1.5. Packages to Cuba: If a passenger finds another guest to replace on the trip, we will refund in full after the new passenger's final payment. If a booking is canceled with less than 30 days, but more than 15 days in advance, 2Go Iceland Travel ehf retains 75% of the price of the trip. If cancellation is received with less than 15 days’ notice, 2Go Iceland Travel ehf will claim a 100% fare as a cancellation fee. We may, however, make exceptions in the case of force majeure (ref.13,13.1.5). 12.2. Unless the tour operator or agent expresses different terms, and all cancellations will be charged with a 2.2 to 3.9 percent for credit card processing fee and 10 percent service fee deductible from the total deposit. 13. TRAVEL CREDITS, VOUCHERS, AND REFUNDS 13.1. The company will offer the following options based on the type of cancellation: 13.1.1. If a tailor-made tour or day tour is canceled by the participant as per the cancellation terms (12.1.1), the company will offer refunds as per these terms. 13.1.2. If a tailor-made tour or day tour is canceled by the participant as per the cancellation terms (12.1.2), the company will not offer any refunds, but it may offer travel credits or a voucher, based on the cancellation case. 13.1.3. If a package with more than two tours in Iceland and/or add-ons is canceled by the participant as per the cancellation terms (12.1.3), the company may offer a partial refund, travel credit, or voucher based on the cancellation case. 13.1.4. If a package to Cuba made with Kúbuferðir is canceled by the participant as per the terms (12.1.5), the company may offer refunds, travel credit, or vouchers based on the cancelation case. 13.1.5. If a package to Cuba needs to be canceled or postponed following a recommendation from the authorities on duty, airlines, airports, governments, or others that can impose a travel ban directly or indirectly in any of the countries involved in the travel package, the company may offer as a first recommendation a travel credit or a voucher for the same amount of the travel package paid. This option would only become a primary option in the case of extreme “force majeure” when we depend on our external supplier’s response and demand quick actions to ensure the rights for our travelers in general, and when will be not possible to comply with the time frame for regular refunds under the current law. The company will always take into account the rights of customers and will offer the solution it deems most appropriate, depending on the state of the situation. 13.1.6. Travel credits and vouchers will be valid for 12 or 24 months, clearly stated on the claim of the travel credit or voucher. The company will also confirm any fees exception when the customer intends to use the travel credit or voucher for a more expensive travel package or service up to a 5% fare increase. 14. GUARANTEED DEPARTURES Once the Tour Operator offers a departure date for a Tour, such date will become a guaranteed departure where at least one booking backed up by a valid deposit has been made on that departure. Subject to reasonable itinerary changes as described in this agreement or good faith, health, and safety concerns, the Tour Operator guarantees that all pre-arranged Tour departures booked and backed up with a valid deposit will depart as specified on the applicable confirmation. You, however, understand that this guarantee automatically becomes void in the case of Force Majeure. To receive current and up-to-date tour and itinerary information, please contact the Tour Operator. 15. CANCELLATION OF A TOUR BY THE TOUR OPERATOR If the Tour Operator cancels a tour before the departure date reasons for other than Force Majeure and such cancellation is not as a result of your error or negligence, you will have the following choices from the Tour Operator: 15.1. A substitute Tour of equal or superior monetary value; 15.2. If no Tour of equivalent or superior value is reasonably available, a substitute Tour of lesser value plus the price difference between the price of the original Tour l and the substitute Tour; or 15.3. A full refund of all deductible payments for the canceled tour. The Tour Operator will not bear responsibility for any secondary expenses or resulting losses incurred because of the canceled booking, including but not limited to visas, non-refundable flights or rail, vaccinations, non-refundable car parking or other fees, loss of enjoyment, or loss of earnings. The Tour Operator maintains all authority to issue a full discount in lieu of the decisions above, at its sole discretion. Where a significant component of a Tour as described cannot be provided after departure, the Tour Operator will make reasonable alternative provisions where possible. In the event that it is impossible to provide an appropriate alternative or if you rationally reject any suitable alternatives, the Tour Operator may provide a refund for unused products and services as determined at its discretion (with a 2.2 to 3.9 percent credit card processing fee applied as a penalty). 16. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS You agree that you are responsible for obtaining information and for having in your possession all required documentation and credentials required for travel, entry, and departure to countries or regions on our itinerary. This shall include a valid passport as well as all travel documents required by relevant governmental authorities (including but not limited to visas, permits, vaccination certificates, medical certificates, and insurance policies). Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the last date of travel with the Tour Operator as set out on your itinerary. You must obtain all such documents, visas, and permits before the start of the tour, and you are exclusively responsible for paying the full amount of costs sustained in the event of missing or defective documentation. You shall also bear full responsibility for any loss or expenditure borne by the Tour Operator that arises from your failure to secure or to be in possession of proper travel documentation. We do not provide advice on travel documents and make no warranties or representations as to the precision or fullness of any information provided on visas, climate, vaccinations, clothing, baggage, or any special equipment, and you agree that we are not responsible for any mistakes or omissions in this information. 17. FLEXIBILITY/UNUSED SERVICES You acknowledge and agree that adventure travel by its very nature requires flexibility. You, therefore, agree to reasonable modifications to products, services, or itineraries by the Tour Operator. You agree that route, accommodations, activities, schedules, amenities, and mode of transport in Iceland, Cuba, or other destinations are subject to change without notice in case of unforeseeable circumstances or events outside the control of the 2Go (including but not restricted to “Force Majeure,” mechanical breakdown, illness, flight cancellations, political events, strikes, pandemics, and entry or border difficulties). We will make no reimbursements, discounts, or refunds for services that are missed or unused after departure due to no fault of ours, including your removal from a Tour due to your negligence or breach of this agreement. 18. CHANGES Changes made by the Tour Operator: 18.1. We may modify your itinerary where rationally required at our sole discretion. If we make a change affecting at least one out of three full days of the itinerary or a change that materially affects the character of a product or service in its totality, we will provide you notice as soon as reasonably possible, with the provision that there is sufficient time to provide such notice before departure. 18.2 Itinerary changes may be necessary once a Tour has departed because of unforeseen circumstances, concerns for travelers’ health, enjoyment, safety, or comfort, or other operational concerns. Any changes are at the discretion of the Tour Operator. You acknowledge and agree that you have sound financial resources to cover secondary expenses during your travel with the Tour Operator, whether or not such secondary expenses occur as a result of the change of itinerary, and we are not liable for your inadequate preparation for travel and unforeseen circumstances that may arise during travel. 2Go will not be liable for any indirect and or major losses related to any changes to a booking or itinerary. Changes made by you: 18.3. You agree that any changes to your name on any booking are subject to the Tour Operator’s approval. Changes to a booking depend on availability and are subject to the Tour Operator’s approval and this agreement. You will bear any extra costs incurred for making the change. 19. ACCEPTANCE OF RISK You acknowledge and agree that the adventure travel and related products and services that we offer may involve a significant level of risk to your health and safety. You acknowledge that you have considered and weighed any potential risks to health and safety prior to traveling with the Tour Operator. You, therefore, assume all responsibility for all such risk and indemnify the Tour Operator from all claims and all causes of action that may arise from any losses, damages, or injuries, including death resulting from risks characteristic of travel, including adventure travel explicitly, visiting foreign destinations, and partaking in adventurous activities like those included in itineraries or otherwise offered by us. You recognize that the degree and nature of personal hazards involved are dependent on the specific products or services booked and the geographic location(s) in which such a product or service operates. You also admit that there may be a major degree of personal risk involved in participating in physical activities, carriage by watercraft, travel to remote locations, travel to countries with developing infrastructure, and participation in “extreme sports” or other high-risk activities. You concede that as you have considered all potential risks, challenges, and dangers, as well as your personal capabilities and needs, and you clearly assume the risks associated with travel under any such conditions. You must comply strictly with all applicable laws and regulations of all destination countries and regions at all times. If you fail to comply with applicable laws and/or commit any illegal activity during the tour or, if in our option your behavior is causing or may likely cause danger, anguish, or material annoyance to other individuals, we may terminate your travel arrangements on any product or service with immediate effect at your expense and without any liability on our part. In such a case, you will not receive any refund for unused or missed services or costs incurred as a result of the termination of your travel arrangements, including, without limitation, return travel, accommodations, meals, and incidentals. You are responsible for any expenses (with the inclusion of repair, replacement, and/or cleaning fees) incurred by 2Go or its suppliers for any property damage, destruction, or theft you cause while on a Tour. You must immediately report any pre-existing damage to a Tour Operator representative and/or staff of the transportation or accommodation service as soon as possible upon discovery. You agree to take all practical measures as regards your own safety while on tour including, but not restricted to, the proper use of safety devices (with the inclusion of seatbelts, harnesses, helmets, and flotation devices) and obeying all posted signs as well as oral or written warnings as regards health and safety. Neither 2Go nor its Third Party Suppliers will bear liability for any loss or damage caused by your failure to obey safety instructions or warnings. To provide the Tour Operator with an opportunity to properly address complaints, you must forward any complaints to 2Go as soon as possible by informing your tour leader, another Tour Operator representative, or the Tour Operator’s customer service department. The Tour Operator will not be accountable for complaints not properly brought to its attention and cannot attempt to resolve complaints until the provision of proper notice. Any complaint made after the conclusion of a Tour must be in writing and must be received by 2Go within 30 days of the last day of travel. 20. LIABILITY FOR THIRD PARTY SUPPLIERS We make arrangements as the organizer of tours or travel packages in Iceland and Cuba with third-party suppliers such as accommodation providers, airlines, activity providers, cruise lines, transfer operators, coach companies, tour and local guides, shore excursion operators, and other independent parties to provide you with all or some of the components of your tour booking. These Third Party Suppliers may also engage the services of sub-contractors and local operators to carry out their contractual obligations. Although we take all reasonable care in selecting Third Party Suppliers, you recognize that we are unable to control such Third Party Suppliers and do not supervise them and therefore cannot be responsible or liable for their acts or omissions. Any and all services provided by Third Party Suppliers are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by these Third Party Suppliers, and their liability is limited by their tariffs, tickets, conditions of carriage, and vouchers and agreements that govern the provision of their services. These may exclude or limit the liability of the Third Party Supplier. You acknowledge that Third-Party Suppliers operate in agreement with the appropriate laws of the countries in which they operate and that we do not warrant that any Third-Party Supplier is in harmony with the laws of your country of residence or any other jurisdiction. 20.1. THE TOUR OPERATOR IS NOT LIABLE AND WILL NOT BE IN ANY WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, EXPENDITURES OR EXPENSES ARISING OUT OF INCONVENIENCE, UPSET, LOSS OF ENJOYMENT, DISTRESS, DISAPPOINTMENT, OR FRUSTRATION, BE IT PHYSICAL OR MENTAL, ENSUING FROM THE ACT OR OMISSION OF ANY PARTY OTHER THAN THE TOUR OPERATOR AND ITS EMPLOYEES. THE TOUR OPERATOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS, WHETHER NEGLIGENT OR OTHERWISE, OF THIRD PARTY SUPPLIERS OR ANY INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS. 21. OPTIONAL EXTRAS By Optional Extras, we mean any activity, meal, transportation, product, or service not specifically included in our Tour itinerary or price and do not constitute a part of the tour. You agree that any help rendered by the Tour Operator’s representative to arrange, select, or book any Optional Extras is at your request, and we make no warranties and expressly disclaim any liability arising from your participation in Optional Extras or any other information provided by any Tour Operator representative regarding any Optional Extras. You release 2Go from all claims and causes of action that may occur from any damages, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, and/or injuries related to or connected to participation in or booking of Optional Extras. You acknowledge and agree the third party providing that service or activity shall bear any liability for loss, death, damages, personal injury, emotional distress, illness, mental suffering, psychological injury, loss of or damage to property associated with Optional Extras. 22. LIABILITY The Tour Operator and its parents, affiliates and their respective employees, divisions, officers, managers, heirs, reps, and assigns shall not be held liable for: 22.1. Any loss of or damage to property or injury to and/or death of persons occasioned directly or indirectly through an act or omission of any other provider or third party supplier, with the inclusion of but not limited to any defect in any aircraft, watercraft, or vehicle operated or provided by such other provider; 22.2. Any loss or damage occasioned by cancellation, delay, or disruption in any form caused by the regulations, laws, acts or failures to act, orders, demands, or interpositions of any government or any governmental subdivision or agent thereof, or by acts of God, fire, strikes, flood, rebellion, war, terrorism, insurrection, illness, epidemics, quarantine, theft, or any other cause beyond 2Go’s control. You waive any claim against us for any such loss, injury, damage, or death. 22.3. In a case where any loss, illness, injury, or death is caused by the negligent acts or omissions of 2Go or of the Third Party Suppliers of any services which form a part of the booking contract, then 2Go limits its liability, where applicable by all applicable international conventions. 23. FORCE MAJEURE The Tour Operator will not bear liability for or be answerable in any way for bodily injury, illness, death, delay, damage, or other loss to individuals or property, or for financial costs incurred both directly and indirectly, or for our failure to begin, perform or complete any duty owed to you if such illness, death, delay, damage(including emotional distress and injury), or other loss to individuals or property, mechanical breakdowns, war or warlike operations, civil commotions, terrorist activities or threat thereof, labor difficulties, political disturbance, country lockdown, bio-threats, pandemic, epidemic and outbreak, interference by authorities, insurrection and government restraint, riot, extreme weather, fire, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of 2Go; or an event which 2Go or the Third Party Supplier of services, even with all reasonable care, could not foresee any and all of which, individually and collectively, constitute “Force Majeure.” 24. IMAGES AND MARKETING You agree that the Tour Operator, its representatives, or other tour participants may take images, photos, or videos that may contain or feature you. You hereby consent to such pictures being taken and grant a perpetual, universal, royalty-free, irreversible license to us, our contractors, sub-contractors, and assigns, to reproduce such images, photos, or videos for purposes of marketing, promotions, and the creation of promotional materials by or with sub-licensees. We will do this without any further obligation of compensation payable to you. 25. PRIVACY POLICY To deliver the tour and any products or services booked, 2Go must collect your personal information. We collect, use, and disclose only the information that is reasonably required to enable us and Third Party Suppliers to provide your requested tour, products, and/or services. By submitting any personal information to us, you indicate your acceptance of our Privacy Policy. See reference: https://www.2goiceland.com/privacy-policy. 26. AMENDMENTS The Tour Operator reserves the right to alter or update this agreement at any time and will post the updated terms on the website. You may access a current copy of this agreement, as amended, at any time on our website. We may also send one to you upon written request. You are deemed to have accepted any amendments to this agreement on the date. 27. PROMOTIONS Offers on our website are subject to the following terms: One free northern lights tour, and one airport transfer with all of our packages (more than one private tour operated by us). One free airport transfer for all the full-day private tours (more than 6 hours), not valid for the Northern Lights Tour or the Volcano Tour.
